I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW

Someone who is under the influence of substance abuse frequently thinks they are doing just fine. However drugs DO change the brain. I’ve heard stories of people seeing things that were not there to jumping out of a window, thinking that would cure her (true story). There are many stories about the negative effects drugs and other substance abuse has on distorting the brain.

Only through the eyes of someone with a sober mind and sober heart can you begin to see and understand how distorted your whole life was while using.
